No! ONO helps link all your preferred suppliers via one single source of truth. You can input all your favourite suppliers into the system, creating a truly connected experience for fleet operators.

Absolutely! You can input as many repair garages as you wish and link the case file to the repairer of choice. Stuck for a supplier? We can help introduce you to a wide network, but they are independent of ONO.

The ONO app has been developed with lots of driver input making sure it’s easy to use and intuitive. However we know things take a little getting used to so we have some great ‘How to’ videos over on our youtube channel that can be shared with your drivers.

In order to make sure the driver is capturing the most factual data in realtime we want to promote the driver to use the app. This helps the fleet operator gain many factual elements of a case, helping with fraud prevention and reducing the need to re-key in information.

Pricing is calculated per vehicle, per month, dependant on fleet size and differentiating factors. A core value of ONO is that we do not charge per incident. We charge a flat rate per month regardless of incident numbers. 

Every incident report is sent directly through to your ONO Admin dashboard in real time allowing operators to validate cases quickly and give immediate assistance. 

Once an incident report has been submitted the driver cannot update the case. The fleet operator has complete control on updating information and getting the driver to resubmit with additional details if needed.

You have the flexibility to use all of your own providers. ONO also allows you to manage how well these suppliers are working for you with enriched reporting on all elements of a case, such as repair duration, claim close rates and recovery figures.

You can change your insurer whenever you wish and you can have multiple insurers within your ONO Admin Dashboard. All of the data is yours, and you will be immediately be able to start building a transparent overview of your claims history, which will become extremely important when negotiating your insurance renewal.
